• *Process Improvement:-* Identify areas for operational improvement and suggest process enhancements. Collaborate with team members and management to implement streamlined processes and improve efficiency.
• *Team Collaboration:-* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and efficient workflow. Assist team members as needed to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
*Requirements:-*
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in operations or a related field, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using computer systems and software, including MS Office Suite.
• Knowledge of financial products and services is a plus.
